  • LAUREN BAIR

    Lauren is a Registered Nurse, IFBB Fitness Pro, and experienced Bair Aesthetics coach with nearly a decade of experience guiding women through weight loss, body recomposition, muscle growth, pregnancy, postpartum, hormone concerns, complex health histories, and competitive physique goals.

    Her background gives her a deep understanding of how a woman’s body, health, responsibilities, and goals can change across different seasons of life. She has coached women through everything from everyday health and physique goals to the demands of bodybuilding competition, always with careful attention to recovery, performance, function, and long-term health.

    Over the years, Lauren saw that even the strongest nutrition and training plan could only take a woman so far if the deeper patterns behind her choices were never addressed. Many clients did not need more information. They needed help understanding why they kept starting over, lowering their standards, abandoning themselves under stress, or struggling to become the woman they kept envisioning.

    That realization became a major foundation of BeAutifully HER. Lauren brings the evidence-based nutrition, training, physique, health, and protocol experience she has used throughout her career, while placing greater focus on the deeper behaviors, identity shifts, and real-life integration that determine whether a woman can truly hold onto the change she creates.

    Kathryn leads the mindset, behavior change, identity, and personal development side of BeAutifully HER. With more than 10 years of experience across mindset coaching, manifestation, law of attraction, holistic practices, and personal growth, she helps women understand the deeper thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns influencing how they show up.

    Her work goes far beyond journal prompts or surface-level encouragement. Through weekly check-ins, group coaching, breathwork, meditation, yoga, and honest conversation, Kathryn helps clients recognize what happens beneath procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, emotional eating, overthinking, and self-sabotage.

    She supports each woman in becoming more aware, honest, grounded, discerning, and confident in her own decisions. The goal is not simply to think more positively. It is to release the patterns keeping her stuck and develop the emotional steadiness, standards, boundaries, and personal agency required to hold the body, life, confidence, and opportunities she keeps envisioning for herself.

HOW IS BEAUTIFULLY HER DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR HEALTH + PHYSIQUE COACHING?

Health + Physique Coaching is centered on customized nutrition, training, health, recovery, and physical progress.

BeAutifully HER includes that same evidence-based coaching, but adds dedicated weekly work around mindset, behavior, identity, boundaries, emotional patterns, and follow-through. It is designed for women who recognize that knowing what to do has not been enough to change how they consistently show up.

IS BeAutifully HER THERAPY OR MENTAL-HEALTH TREATMENT?

No. BeAutifully HER is a coaching program focused on mindset, habits, behavior change, identity, nutrition, training, and lifestyle integration.

Lauren and Kathryn can help you recognize patterns, navigate stress, strengthen boundaries, improve follow-through, and make more intentional decisions. They do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and will recommend additional licensed support when something falls outside the scope of coaching.

DO I NEED TO START AT THE BEGINNING OF THE BECOME HER METHOD?

Not necessarily. Every client is assessed based on how she is currently operating, not how long she has been working on herself or how advanced she believes she should be.

Lauren and Kathryn consider your routines, consistency, decision-making, behavior under stress, physical health, current capacity, and ability to maintain structure in real life. That allows them to identify where your coaching should begin and what kind of support will be most valuable.

WHAT IF I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO EAT AND TRAIN?

Many BeAutifully HER clients already know the basics. Their struggle is applying that knowledge consistently when life becomes stressful, unpredictable, emotionally difficult, or more demanding.

The program helps close the gap between knowing and living. That may involve raising the quality of your execution, addressing emotional decision-making, strengthening your standards, building better boundaries, or learning how to remain grounded as your goals and responsibilities expand.

You are not expected to be perfect, but you are expected to participate honestly.

That means completing your check-ins, communicating when something feels difficult, being willing to look at patterns you may normally avoid, and taking responsibility for the choices within your control.
