Lauren Bair, RN
Lauren has spent nearly a decade helping women create meaningful changes in their health, physique, and confidence through seasons that are often anything but simple.
Her coaching supports women pursuing weight loss, body recomposition, muscle growth, pregnancy and postpartum goals, demanding healthcare schedules, and competitive physique goals. She looks beyond nutrition and training alone, considering recovery, hormones, health history, lifestyle, and the real responsibilities surrounding each client’s goal.
Lauren believes fitness should strengthen your life, not consume it. Her approach combines evidence-based strategy with honest support, accountability, and a deeper focus on the mindset and behavioral patterns that determine whether change actually lasts.
That philosophy also became a major foundation of BeAutifully HER, where she helps women create physical results while becoming more consistent, confident, and intentional in the way they show up for themselves.
Outside of coaching, Lauren is a wife, mother, athlete, traveler, and music-festival lover who genuinely lives the balance she helps her clients create.
