Cancellation Policy For Coaching
Payments
To secure your coaching services, all payments must be made through our client management system, Paywhirl Subscriptions (Shopify). If you opt for a monthly payment plan, the first payment will act as a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer. Services will not begin until either the full fee or the first month’s payment has been made.

Payments are due within 5 calendar days of the invoice due date. If payment is not received on time, your access to check-ins and direct communication with your coach will be restricted until the balance is paid. Please note that the coaching period does not pause or extend during restricted times; such time will be forfeited.

If you anticipate a payment delay, you may request an extension by providing 7 calendar days’ notice via email admin@bairaesthetics.com. The Company will respond within 3 calendar days to confirm acceptance or rejection of your request.

Refunds
Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including early termination of services by the client, as outlined in the Term and Termination section of our agreement.

Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your coaching program at any time by providing 30 calendar days' written notice via email to admin@bairaesthetics.com. Please note the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before cancellation. 
  • If you cancel before your contract term is fulfilled, a fee of $75 per unfulfilled month will be charged (excluding the 30-day notice period). Early termination fees must be paid within 30 calendar days of cancellation.

Temporary Pauses
We understand that life happens, and you may need to temporarily postpone services. You may request a pause in coaching services for up to 60 days under the following conditions:

  • Written notice must be provided 30 days in advance via email to admin@bairaesthetics.com
  • Clients are limited to one pause per contract term.
  • Payments must resume in full once the pause ends, regardless of whether or not services continue.
  • Contract duration will be extended to account for the pause period.

Communication & Renewal
If you do not wish to renew your coaching agreement at the end of its term, please provide 30 days' written notice to admin@bairaesthetics.com before the contract’s expiration. If no notice is provided, the agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. Please note, renewal rates are not guaranteed and may increase at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation or termination during the agreement term must follow the process outlined in your Terms and Conditions.
