BeAutifully HER Evidenced-Based Physique + Mindset Coaching
FOR THE BODY YOU WANT, THE HEALTH YOU NEED, AND THE LIFE YOU ACTUALLY LIVE.
BA delivers customized coaching for weight loss, body recomposition, muscle growth, hormone recovery, metabolic health, strength, performance, pregnancy and postpartum, injury recovery, autoimmune conditions, and more complex health needs. Every plan is built around your body, your history, your goals, and what your real life can realistically support.
YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE TO FIT A PLAN
Most coaching programs work until your life stops being predictable. A demanding schedule, a flare-up, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, an injury, changing labs, disrupted sleep, or a stressful season can quickly expose how little flexibility was built into the plan.
BA coaching is designed to keep moving with you.
When circumstances change, your coach does more than lower expectations or tell you to “get back on track.” We look at what changed, how your body is responding, and what still makes sense right now. Nutrition, training, recovery, and progress expectations are adjusted without losing sight of the larger goal.
That may mean rebuilding your relationship with food before pushing fat loss, changing training around an injury, supporting recovery before increasing output, or creating structure that works during a season when your capacity looks different.
Your dream body is not built by following the same plan through every season. It is built through coaching that knows when to push, when to adjust, and how to keep you progressing when your body, health, or life changes.
MORE THAN A MEAL PLAN + WORKOUTS
Our health + physique coaching should account for far more than what you eat and how you train. BA brings together your physique goals, health history, current symptoms, recovery, labs, hormones, performance, mindset, and real-life capacity so every decision reflects what your body actually needs.

BUILD A BODY THAT STILL FITS YOUR LIFE
Your goals can matter deeply without requiring fitness to become your entire identity.
BA helps you pursue meaningful physique, health, and performance changes while still accounting for work, family, travel, social plans, changing seasons, and the responsibilities that make up your day-to-day life. The goal is not perfect adherence to an unrealistic routine. It is learning how to make strong decisions consistently enough that progress continues without everything else falling apart.
You will still be challenged. You will still need structure, honesty, and follow-through. But you should not have to choose between getting results and being present for the life those results are meant to improve.
You've got questions, we've got answers
Health and physique coaching is a significant investment in your body, your health, and the way you live. You should understand what you are signing up for, how the process works, and whether BA is equipped to support what you actually need.
Here are the questions we hear most often from people considering coaching, from straightforward physique goals to more complex health histories and changing seasons of life.
Don't see your question? Let us know! We're always ready to keep it real and give you the no BS info you need.
I'm exhausted from yo-yo dieting. How does your program ensure I won't fall back into old habits once I've achieved my goals?
We do not treat reaching your goal as the end of the process. Your coach helps you build the structure, skills, and understanding needed to maintain progress through changes in routine, travel, stress, social events, and seasons when your capacity looks different.
You will learn how your body responds, why adjustments are made, and how to make informed decisions without swinging between extreme restriction and completely abandoning the plan. As your goals change, your coaching changes with them, so you are not left trying to maintain results with the same methods used to create them.
I've tried 'personalized' programs before, but they still felt generic. How truly customized is your approach?
Customization at BA goes beyond changing your macros or swapping exercises.
Your coach considers your health history, training experience, schedule, symptoms, recovery, food preferences, injuries, medications, labs, hormones, and current capacity when building and adjusting your plan. Those details are tracked over time, so decisions are based on how your body is actually responding rather than assumptions about what should work.
Your coaching continues to evolve as your goals, health, and life change. You are not placed into a preset system with minor edits. The process is built around the full context of the person being coached so no two plans across the team will ever be the same!
I struggle with emotional eating and stress management. Does your program address these psychological aspects of health and weight management?
Yes. Your coach will look beyond the food itself to understand the patterns, situations, and routines that make consistency harder.
That may include building more structure around meals, identifying common triggers, planning for high-stress periods, improving communication around setbacks, and helping you move away from the all-or-nothing habits that keep repeating.
BA offers additional coaching for in depth mindset, habits, and behavior change as they relate to nutrition, training, and your goals. We do not replace therapy or other licensed mental-health care, and we will always encourage additional professional support when something falls outside the scope of coaching.
WHAT DOES “EVIDENCE-BASED” ACTUALLY MEAN IN COACHING?
It means we do not make decisions because something is popular, sounds convincing, or worked for one person online.
We use established research to answer practical questions such as how much protein supports muscle growth, how quickly weight should be lost, how training volume affects recovery, when calories should change, and how sleep, stress, hormones, medications, and health conditions can influence progress.
Research gives us boundaries for what is likely to be effective and safe. Your coach then applies that information to your body, your history, and your current response. For example, two people may have the same fat-loss goal but need very different calories, training, recovery, or timelines because their health, experience, symptoms, and daily lives are different.
Evidence-based coaching is the combination of reliable science, experienced judgment, and real data from the person being coached. It gives every decision a reason.
I feel like I've tried everything and nothing works for me. How can I be sure this program will be different and actually work for my body?
We start by looking at what you have already tried, what happened when you tried it, and what may have been missing from those plans.
Sometimes the issue is that calories were pushed too low, training did not match recovery, health concerns were overlooked, or the plan only worked under perfect conditions. Other times, the strategy may have been reasonable, but it was never adjusted as your body, symptoms, progress, or life changed.
Your coach uses that history to avoid repeating the same cycle. We establish a clear starting point, track how your body responds, and make changes based on what the data is actually showing. You are not expected to prove that you can force another plan to work. The plan is expected to keep earning its place.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I FIRST START COACHING?
Starting coaching can feel exciting and a little uncomfortable because you are finally being asked to look at the habits, routines, and decisions that have been keeping you in the same place.
Your plan may introduce changes to how you eat, train, organize your week, communicate, recover, or handle situations that normally throw you off. That does not mean everything has to change overnight, and it does not mean you are expected to be perfect from day one.
Your coach will help you focus on the most important pieces first, build from there, and make adjustments when something genuinely does not fit. But coaching still requires participation. You have to be willing to practice new behaviors, communicate honestly, and make room for the changes your goals require.
The plan is built to fit your life. It is not built to leave your life exactly the same because nothing changes if nothing changes.
Why is coaching worth the investment?
Most people are already investing in their goals. The money is simply being spread across supplements, peptides, memberships, apps, treatments, meal services, and products that each promise to solve one piece of the problem.
The issue is rarely that every one of those tools is useless. It is that they are often being purchased without a clear strategy connecting them. You may be spending money, putting in effort, and still feeling unsure about what your body actually needs, what is worth continuing, and why the results are not matching the investment.
Coaching gives that effort direction.
You are investing in someone who can evaluate the full picture, build the plan, track your response, adjust when needed, and help you understand where your time, energy, and money will make the greatest difference. Instead of continuing to collect isolated solutions, you have a coach helping you determine what belongs in the plan, what does not, and what needs to change for progress to finally become consistent.
The harder part is that coaching still requires your participation. There is no product that can replace the decisions, habits, and follow-through that meaningful change asks of you. But you are not expected to figure those things out alone.
The value of coaching is not only in receiving nutrition and training guidance. It is in having the education, accountability, oversight, and support to stop guessing and start putting your effort toward the right things.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BA COACHING AND WORKING WITH A LOCAL IN-PERSON COACH?
Being in the same gym does not automatically mean you will receive more attention, communication, or customization.
Many local coaches only see what happens during the hour you are together. Outside of that session, communication may be inconsistent, follow-up may be limited, and important details can easily get lost when one person is trying to manage every client without strong systems behind them.
BA was built differently.
You work directly with a coach who understands your history, tracks your response over time, and stays accessible between check-ins. We pride ourselves on communication because coaching should never leave you wondering what to do, whether your message was seen, or when someone will get back to you. Your coach is always only a message away.
You also receive more than the knowledge of one person. BA has established systems, documented processes, years of experience, and a full team of Registered Dietitians, Healthcare Professionals, and experienced coaches supporting the work behind the scenes. Those systems allow us to provide consistent communication, detailed follow-through, and truly customized coaching as your body, health, goals, and life change.
The difference is not online vs in person. It is whether the coaching business has the experience, structure, and standards to support you well every step of the way.
