Christy joined Bair Aesthetics as a coach in 2023, but her journey in the fitness industry started well before she turned pro in 2021. With an expansive background that includes a Bachelor’s in Business Management, an Associate’s in Dental Hygiene, a certification in Personal Training, and an IFBB Bikini Pro title, she brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to her coaching.

Her passion for coaching is deeply personal, driven by her own battles and victories. Overcoming an eating disorder through macro tracking and navigating the challenges of severe food allergies and Crohn's Disease diagnosed in 2015, Christy embodies resilience. Her experiences have equipped her to empathize with and empower others facing similar struggles, helping them find tailored solutions through diet and exercise.

Life for Christy is about balance and passion. She's happily married to her best friend, E, and they have a 17-year-old daughter, Kennedy, along with two dogs, Hash and Finley. Christy and her husband are deeply involved in the rave community, loving to travel to festivals all around the world, especially enjoying Miami and Las Vegas.
